Shipping policy
At Mimi's Hair Designs, we are dedicated to delivering your professional blow dryers, curling irons, shampoos, hair caps, accessories, and capes safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer standard shipping across the United States.
- Orders of $99.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $99.00: $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping
Please note: The free shipping qualification is based on the order subtotal after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day).
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Carriers
Once processed, your package is handed over to our trusted carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
- Transit/Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 4 - 7 Business Days.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the carrier’s website. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Base (APO/FPO): We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the safe delivery of liquid products and styling tools.
6. Order Cancellation or Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at info@mimishairdesigns.com within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.
7. Damages, Lost Packages & Items Missing
If your product (e.g., electronic styling tools or liquid shampoos) arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos to our support email so we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
