Thank you for shopping at Mimi's Hair Designs (mimishairdesigns.com). We take pride in our selection of blow dryers, curling irons, shampoos, hair caps, accessories, and capes.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (especially for liquid products like shampoos, and hygiene-sensitive items like hair caps and accessories).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or invoice as proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email at info@mimishairdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you the exact Return Shipping Address via email.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a broken blow dryer, a leaking shampoo bottle, or the wrong item), Mimi's Hair Designs will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, or no longer need it, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
- We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the product price if it meets our return criteria.
6. Refunds Process & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it.
- Approval: If your return is approved after inspection, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.).
- Timeline: The refund credit will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@mimishairdesigns.com.
